Pelikaan is a French DJ and electronic music producer located in the Malasaña neighborhood. With various influences, he mixes acid house, techno, downtempo, jazz and blues accents in his acts. A constant search for new sonorities, a style marked by the efficiency of the rhythm and a good general mood on the dance floor characterize his music.

Pelikaan is by definition a cosmopolitan artist, having lived before Madrid in Paris, London and Shanghai, winning in each place a lot of sounds and rhythms that he adds to his repertoire, with the idea of creating a unique sound with his own energy.Pelikaan es un DJ y productor de música electrónica francés ubicado en el barrio de Malasaña. For the last 2 years, he has been working as a duo with English guitarist Joe Longhurst to create the unusual duo Empty Spaces (which already visited us at the beginning of the year) with a mix of electronica and rock that they called "Garage Techno".

His co-pilot Joe recently moved from Malasaña to Stockholm, marking the end of an original musical project. Pelikaan also collaborates with other artists as DJs, producers or traditional musicians, and from each one of these encounters something interesting emerges that always nourishes an artist restless of being in perpetual motion. After having successfully passed through Bastardo in February of this year with his partner in crime of Empty Spaces, this time Pelikaan returns alone to offer us his latest compositions and discoveries.Durante los últimos 2 años, estuvo trabajando en dúo con el guitarrista inglés Joe Longhurst para crear el dúo insólito Empty Spaces (que ya nos visitó a principios de año) con una mezcla de electrónica y de rock al que llamaban "Garage Techno".

Su copiloto Joe se mudó hace poco de Malasaña a Estocolmo, marcando el final de un proyecto musical de lo más originales. Pelikaan también colabora con otros artistas, que sean DJs, productores o músicos tradicionales, y de cada uno de estos encuentros surge algo interesante que siempre va nutriendo un artista inquieto de mantenerse en movimiento perpetuo. Tras haberse producido con éxito en Bastardo en Febrero de este año con su "partner in crime" de Empty Spaces, es esta vez en solo que Pelikaan vuelve para ofrecernos sus últimas composiciones y descubrimientos.
