From Bastardo we have the honor to present the OSCAR AWARDS 2019! Yes, you've read well, for the first time live, La Sexta Nominada will record a program dedicated to the latest predictions and comments on what may happen in the early hours of February 20 in the absence of knowing the Independent Spirit Adwards. And our most bastard hostel will be the chosen setting for this long-awaited film event. Daniel Martinez Mantilla and Juan Sanguino form the starting line-up of La Sexta Nominada and four days before the next Oscar ceremony they will be in Bastardo to record the program. This will be a must-attend event for film lovers and fans of the awards race and, in turn, an opportunity to get closer to the team behind the blog and programme that, for the first time, will be recorded with an audience. Generation Titanic, Juan Sanguino's book of the 90's cinema, will also be available for purchase.
What is La Sexta Nominada?
La Sexta Nominada is a film podcast that combines information and debate while analyzing and reviewing the current award season. During the season we publish monographic podcasts of the films destined to be in the Oscars and specials dedicated to the main events of the race. Between award seasons (March to September) we do specials focused on the history of the awards, commenting on each of the programs a specific edition of the Academy Awards. This podcast comes from the blog premiososcar.net that since 2006 follows daily the state of the race towards the golden statuette and, although most of the articles on the web aspire to objectivity, a close but serious and mainly informative tone. In La Sexta Nominada there is an opinion and debate about the films of the race, taking the blog to a new dimension. Oscar fanaticism is a contagious disease.
You can listen to the podcast of the previous galas on the ivoox platform.
