As soon as you enter, on the left hand side you will find our table with our receptionists ready to help you to locate you in our hotel in Madrid. They will help you with the first steps in our hostel, the delivery of ''keys'' and the countless things to do in Madrid and in our hostel.
It is part of the "Reception in mobility" concept. Do you know why? Because the entire reception team can move around the hostel. As we have tablets, the receptionists can take you to any corner, sofa, chair... of the hostel to check in. It is our great differentiating point with respect to any hotel and hostel in Madrid and around the world.
Next to our reception you will find our always appetizing bar and our spectacular restaurant 'El Limbo'. You will also find our elevators ready to take you to know all the secrets that are hidden in Bastardo.

The minimum age to stay without an adult is 18. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and stay in a private room.
Budget and non-refundable rates don’t allow changes or cancellations. If you want complete flexibility in case a last-minute plan comes up, choose our flexible rate instead.
We love animals and they’re welcome in our common areas and restaurant, but unfortunately they can’t stay with you in the rooms.
