As soon as you enter, on the left hand side you will find our table with our receptionists ready to help you to locate you in our hotel in Madrid. They will help you with the first steps in our hostel, the delivery of ''keys'' and the countless things to do in Madrid and in our hostel.
It is part of the "Reception in mobility" concept. Do you know why? Because the entire reception team can move around the hostel. As we have tablets, the receptionists can take you to any corner, sofa, chair... of the hostel to check in. It is our great differentiating point with respect to any hotel and hostel in Madrid and around the world.
Next to our reception you will find our always appetizing bar and our spectacular restaurant 'El Limbo'. You will also find our elevators ready to take you to know all the secrets that are hidden in Bastardo.
